How to Reserve a Private Estate

Gianna and Company has access to thousands of private estates across the Greater Los Angeles area, giving you unmatched options for your event. To help us find your ideal property, please provide the following details:

Guest Count

Your highest anticipated number of attendees.

Event Type

Wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, product launch, proposal, automotive press meet-and-greet, or influencer event.

Event Schedule

Start and end times, including guest arrival and departure.

Event Style

Ceremony, cocktail party, dinner, or other.

Setup & Load-In Needs

Will you need access before the event for setup? (Please note: teardown is required the day after the event.)

Style Preferences

Any specific architectural or design features you envision.

Preferred area in Los Angeles.

Guest Transportation

Shuttle, valet, or rideshare (Uber/Lyft). Some neighborhoods cannot accommodate valet for car drop-off for larger guest counts.

Rental Budget

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000. Rates vary by guest count, usage, access hours, and property owner. We recommend keeping the venue rental fee under 25% of your total budget since everything must be brought onsite.

Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining:

  • Estimated rental rates and fees

  • Guest count and event hours

  • Access times

  • Viewing fees (applied toward rental if you book the property)
